Hi,

How can I say it right that an action is 'not only now/ recently but since then' in this sentence?

My intention and action have been to obey the law and regulations of the school here.

Did I use 'have been' correctly?

Thanks.

Thanks so much for this correction, Gil!

Can I ask why I have to put an 's' at the end of 'intention' if want to say my intention has been only one?

My intentions and actions have been, are now, and will continue to be, to obey the laws and regulations of the school.

Thanks!
Lau
