According to the following link, which definition is the closest to the verb "consider" in meaning?
I would go for #1. I am not sure about it, though.

When someone has a lot of power, maybe they think that they should be making all of the decisions, or that they don’t really need to consider how other people feel or think.

I think that "4. think about feelings" is the correct answer given this context.

This sentence is saying that powerful people make decisions despite what other people think about the situation. The powerful people don't really care.


When someone has a lot of power, maybe they think that they should be making all of the decisions, or that they donÂ’t really need to consider how other people feel or think.
