Welcome to the forum.

Your suggestion is not correct. It is almost identical to the OP's sentence, including the question at the end. All you did was change "my speaking" to "speaking with me". If you read post #2, you will see that we already explained that the beginning of the sentence is not correct.

"I am looking for someone the same age as me to practice speaking English with."

"He is at the same age of my own age" is incorrect.

NO!

There are two, and only two, truly natural ways to say this:

1. He is the same age as me.
2. He is my age.
