Hi all
Lisa Mojsin says that 'can' can be pronounced kɪn ( short i ) in her book
Amazon.com: Mastering the American Accent with Audio CDs (9780764195822): Lisa Mojsin M.A.: Books
so can sounds like kin ( all the people in your family )
kin - definition of kin, by Macmillan Dictionary: Free English Dictionary Online and Thesaurus.
I also heard this 'can' when watching DVD/ movie
Is it standard British accent and American accent ?
thanks
