Would you be kind enough to give me your considered opinion concerning the cited collocations of turn out in the following sentences?

How did this game turn out?

Don't worry I’m sure it will turn out well.

turn out = result

It turned out that they were away on a trip.

The test turned out to be positive.

He turned out an excellent actor.

turn out = prove to be, found to be

I noticed a beautifully turned out woman.

turn out = equip, outfit

A large crowd turned out for her first concert.

All the teachers and pupils turned out to welcome the celebrity.

The whole town turned out to see it.

turn out = go out into the streets

You must to give all the rooms a good turn-out twice a week.

give a good turn up = clean up thoroughly

Publishers of the book stand by; ready to turn out a huge new edition.

turn out = issue, publish

give a good turn up = clean up thoroughly. Never heard it... a good turn-out means a good percentage of attendance.

get up at five. Maybe some folks use turn-out to mean get up, it sounds like military jargon if anything. )
