    Thanks @emsr2d2 , I noted your corrections however I have queries about two of the corrections made. 1. You removed "then" after if, I know it's not necessary to use "then" after "if" but is it incorrect to use it at all? 2. Can't I use "Please confirm" before a question, as I did?
