What are the differences between 'providing that' ,'provided that', 'supposing that'

What are the differences between 'providing that' ,'provided that', 'supposing that' and 'given that'?

Are the following sentences correct?

Provided/Providing it was fine we would have a pleasant holiday.
Supposing/Supposed your father saw you now, what would you say?
Suppose/Supposing/Supposed he can't come, who will do the work?

Thanks!

What are the differences between 'providing that' ,'provided that', 'supposing that' and 'given that'?

Are the following sentences correct?

Provided/Providing it's [STRIKE]was [/STRIKE]fine we [STRIKE]would [/STRIKE] will have a pleasant holiday.
Supposing/Supposed your father saw you now, what would you say?
Suppose/Supposing/Supposed he can't come, who will do the work?

Thanks!

Sentence 1: both options are fine, although in AE it sounds strange not to say 'providing the weather is fine (or: provided it's nice out..)
Sentence 2: supposing or suppose, and I think 'suppose' is the best sounding to my ears (supposed doesn't work)
Sentence 3: supposing or suppose (supposed doesn't work for the meaning "suppose that/supposing that")

"provided/providing that" and "supposing/suppose" are hypothetical. "Given that" references an already established fact, and it more or less means 'since' or 'because':

"Given that there's no more work to do, we can leave early today." It's the same as "since there's no more work..." and "because there's no more work..."
