Is the preposition "at" suitable here "It is not the place which you can enter or leave at your own wish".

I don't really know what the whole sentence is supposed to mean, so it's hard to tell. "At your own risk" is a standard phrase. Is that what was meant? "As you wish" might be what was required.

Why "the place", not "a place"?

I meant that you cannot leave or enter when it is suitable for you because this place is very dangerous. "The place" not "a place" because in the text it is mentioned many times and I thought I should use here the definite article. It is not correct?

I'm still not clear if people are actually not allowed on site at all because it's so dangerous. Can they go in if they have an escort? Can they be supervised?

No, I speak about hell, actually. But I suppose, people can be escorted there:)))

Hell is a place that you cannot enter or leave at will.

It would have been much easier if you had explained that it was about hell in the first place!
