'We're here' vs Here we are

If I drive a car from city A to city B, when we've reached destination, I would say 'We're here'. I wonder if it is correct to say 'Here we are "?

"We are here" refers to a specific place. In this case, the place you've arrived at.

"Here we are" refers to your overall state or condition right now. In this case, your state of having arrived, rather than being in transit.

If we give something to somebody that they ask for, we would say 'Here you are. Other than that, I could not find the common use of 'Here you are and Here we are' on the internet or books.

Could anybody help, please?

Try these two for lots of context.

Here we are

We are here

Note that (1) I've searched for phrases, in quotes, and (2) I've searched blogs only to avoid the endless references to song lyrics and videos.

Other than 'We're here', do native speakers say 'Here we are' if we arrive somewhere by a motor vehicle.

Is there any difference in the following sentences?

Here we are at Queen's Park.
