I'm not sure whether these expressions about jobs are acceptable. For example,
1. I have done many jobs, including delivery, cosmetics selling and being a waiter.
Here can I say "being a waiter" or simply "many jobs, including .... and waiter"? or "that of a waiter"?

2. I have a job of a teacher/ I have a teacher's job.
Are these sentences correct? Or "I have a teaching job" is better?

Thank you! Then can I say "jobs including home delivery, cosmetic selling?"
What if one job is hard to be expressed in verbs? Is it possible to use the person like Smith, police, etc.?

In AmE, you would usually say "I have had many jobs" rather than "I have done many jobs" if you are referring to your overall employment history.
"I have had many jobs, including cosmetic sales, waiting tables, and fast food*."

(*"Fast food" in this case is shorthand for saying that you worked in some capacity at a McDonald's or Burger King-type restaurant.)

- or -

"I have had many jobs, including teaching and law enforcement."
"Law enforcement?"
"Yes, I worked as a police officer for Fulton County for three years."

- or -

"I've had many jobs in the past few years. I worked on the assembly line at General Motors, I answered telephones at a call center, and I sold appliances at Best Buy."

If you have performed in several different capacities at the same company, you might say (for example) when applying for a promotion: "I have done many jobs here since I was first hired at this hotel. I cleaned rooms, I took reservations, and I've been the night auditor. I believe that I am qualified for the position of General Manager."
