I don't see us sitting together at the concert so I'm just gonna go see my friend in Sacramento this weekend.

Is this sentence native?

It would be natural in informal speech, but "gonna" is nonstandard English. I don't really understand the opening part.

My friend invited me to a jazz concert but I couldn't get seats next to her because I decided to join them last minute. So, I say:

I don't see us sitting together at the concert so I'm just going to go see my friend in Sacramento this weekend.

As far as I know "to be going to" + "go" isn't a good choice. Am I right?

As far as I know, we can also say " I'm seeing my friend this weekend". Am I right?
