No. You need the past tense because you are talking about yesterday. So you say:

I sent it to you yesterday.

TO SEND: send / sent / have sent

Engr - one of the reasons that many of use keep reminding you that it's important to state that you're not a teacher is that your posts are still full of mistakes. Please don't be offended by my comments but as you can see from my corrections above, you still have problems with:

1) Capitalisation
2) Punctuation
3) Construction

Next time you post, before you press "Submit Reply" please read your post carefully and check that you have a capital letter at the beginning of EVERY sentence and that you have capitalised the word "I" all the time.
