Please, would you take a look at these sentences and correct my mistakes.

Looking at his photograph, I asked myself how much more he earned than myself, hundred, two hundred, or a thousand times.
Or should I write instead:

Looking at his photograph, I asked myself how much more he was earning than myself, hundred, two hundred, or a thousand times.

Or should I write instead:

Looking at his photograph, I asked myself how much more he was earning than I, a hundred, two hundred, or a thousand times.

Or should I write instead:

Looking at his photograph, I asked myself how much more he was earning than myself, hundred, two hundred, or a thousand times.

In both cases, I would replace "myself" with "I" (some informally would use "me"). But the reflexive pronoun is not correct. Also, I would use a dash before hundred (instead of the comma) and add the indefinite article "a".

Looking at his photograph, I asked myself how much more he earned than I -- a hundred, two hundred, or a thousand times.

Looking at his photograph, I asked myself how much more he was earning than I -- a hundred, two hundred, or a thousand times.
