They can have very similar meanings depending on context. Do you have a context in mind?

Hi [STRIKE]dear sir[/STRIKE], I need to [STRIKE]know[/STRIKE] understand some confusing sentences where the simple present [STRIKE]sentences which[/STRIKE] is being used for the future. [STRIKE]which is[/STRIKE] They are as follows:

Where do we find him?
What do we do now?
How do I get there?

I want to know [STRIKE]that, does[/STRIKE] if the sentence "Where do we find him?" has the same meaning as [STRIKE]in[/STRIKE] "Where will we find him?" [STRIKE]or what,[/STRIKE] If it is in the future sense then why [STRIKE]it[/STRIKE] is it written in simple present form?
Thank you.

Where do we find him? = Where can we find him? = Where is he?
What do we do now? = What can/should/shall we do now?
How do I get there? = What is the best way for me to get there?

Please see my corrections to your post in red. Please don't address your posts as if you are writing a formal letter. "Dear Sir" might be appropriate when you are writing to your male bank manager but it's not required here. It's overly formal and many of us are female.
