"On tv" is correct, not "in tv". Note that we usually use "the news" rather than just "news".

Which is correct?

With my corrections, sentence 2 is correct. The programme we watch is called, as has been pointed out, "the news". "in TV" is not used.

Well done for correctly using capital letters for "TV". Many learners use "tv", which is not how it's written.
