Note the correction above. If you want to use "me", you need to say "reply to ​me".

Many people won't like it but you could write something like "We don't know how to resolve this issue. Please advise".

What if I don't want to write "us" or "me" with "advise"?

People sometimes state a problem, then write something like "I've outlined the problem. Please advise how I should proceed." I don't recommend this usage. Advise​ is usually transitive and should, I think, be used that way.

With "advise" you do need an advisee, a person or entitiy or collective that receives the adviser's advice, whoever that may be. Here's a work-around for you, though:

Please offer advice on how to resolve this issue.
