11) The stupid man​

A donkey was lost by a man. He looked for it for a long time, but he didn’t get it. He came back to his wife, and entered his house pleasuring and auspicious just about to fly from happiness.
His wife asked him: did you get the donkey?
He said: No, I didn’t.
She said: So why are you happy and auspicious?
He said: If I was on the donkey I would lose and it would lose too. I am happy because I wasn’t on the back of the donkey when it lost.

12) The rain fell​

Oh my brothers, the rain fell.
Come and sit down under a tree.
Smell the perfume of the flower, and eat this fruit.
Today we are at the cuddle of this tree, and tomorrow on the border of a river in a picnic which distinct the view.
We stay up in the light of the moon.

2) auspicious (I'm not sure what you mean here. People aren't auspicious). (When someone hopes good thing) maybe it is said “Jubilantly”.

3) Today we are at the cuddle of this tree, and tomorrow we will be at the border of a river, for a picnic which prominent the view. Cuddle I mean “to receive with open arms”.

4) We stay up in the light of the moon. Is this OK? Stay up in or under. Please clarify.

1)
When a child runs away (because s/he wants to look at something) and doesn't return the mother has lost it.
You can't really be lost by someone.
It would mean a mother drives to a wood with her child, throws it out of the car and drives away.
(But even in that case "lost" would be the wrong word, maybe it's "set out")
It would be the same for your sentence, with the man and the monkey.

2)
What about "optimistic"?
They always hope good things.
Jubilantly -> Cheerleaders do that, so I doubt it's suitable here.
But in your case I think happy is already enough.
It's hard to find the word, though.
(You can't really see what he thinks...)

3)
Cuddle is a verb, and it means two (or more) persons hug each other/one another.
(Maybe your description is okay too.)
To me it sounds like they stand near a tree while cuddling each other.
Today we cuddle in front of this tree.
This sounds good to me, and its meaning sounds realistic.

4)
Stay up means you don't go to bed (don't go to sleep).
Usually you can say:
Stay up all night.
Stay up till all hours. (as long as possible)

I don't know if you can say:
We stay up in the light of the moon.
(in the light should be fine, but as said, I'm not sure if it can be said that way...)
