Can I use "wet dream" in this way? Are these correct?

1. He has wet dreams about pizza all the time.

2. She has had wet dreams about buying that purse all week. -Yes. Like she hasn't!

3. When I bought that Ferrari, I felt like I was in a wet dream.

4. They have wet dreams about being accepted into Harvard Law School.

What's wrong with just "dreams/dreamt" for 1, 2 and 4?
For 3, try "I felt like I'd died and gone to heaven".

They're all pretty raunchy, like something a thirteen-year-old boy would say.

Is that what you want?

Bearing in mind that "over" can be used in the sense of "about", I'm very glad you didn't say you'd had a wet dream over a pizza!
