Hello everybody. Please, what is the difference among these words?

Journey, way, travel, trip, jaunt, voyage

Meeting, gathering, reunion, appointment

Thank you.

I tried Longman Dictionary, still not so clear: reunion, gathering and meeting.
Reunion is ONLY after years?
Gathering is only unofficial?

I went to her house and there were a lot of our friends, so it was a really nice unexpected meeting.

Can I use meeting in the sentence above?

And please, what is the difference between inheritance and heritage? My dictionary says for both: when you recieve something from your ancestors
or something like that, but I see no difference then.

Please ask one question at a time, or the thread can become confusing. Your question about inheritance and heritage should be asked in a different thread.

There can be a reunion only if people have been together before. It is usually after some time, often years. People at a gathering or meeting have not necessarily come together before.
