Can you please amend the complaint letter below? Thank you.:-D
We, as the Leasing & Property Manager of the said premises, would like to lodge a complaint in regarding to water flooding in the said premises yesterday. We were told that the flood caused from the damaged main pipe of the Building. We have switched off the water supply to the premises and looked forward to your immediate remedial works.
Kindly advise us when the rectification done thus enabling us resuming the water supply. We hereby shall reserve the right to claim all our loss caused from this event.
