Position differences in employees of this organisation are not different in job satisfaction.

I'm not a native speaker, so could you please tell me if this sentence is correct or not?

And another question is. Pronoun like, Position differences and length of service differences are singular or plural?

Thank you so much, and sorry for my wired English.

1 It doesn't work. I would change it to something like this:
Differences in position in this organisation do not mean differences in job satisfaction.

2 Difference can be singular or plural, so it depends on how many your are talking about.

Thank you very much for the reply, but could you please explain why it doesn't work. It doesn't make sense or the grammar is wrong. Thank you.

It's not grammatically wrong, but it is awkward and difficult to understand.
