Suppose that I am chatting to a girl on PalTalk Messenger.

1. Do you have a picture of yours?
2. Do you have a picture of yourself?
3. Do you have a picture of you?

Which one is correct?

Only 2 is grammatically correct. However, almost everyone has a picture of themselves so it's a rather unnatural question. I imagine what you mean is "Can you send me a photo of yourself please?"

What if we say;

4. This is the picture of you.
5. This is the picture of yourself.
6. This is the picture of yours.

Again, number 5 is correct right?

No. The rule for reflexive pronouns is that the antecedent (the word referred to) must be used for the pronoun. In the first group, "you" was used before "yourself". That is correct. In this case, only "this" and "picture" are used before "yourself". That is incorrect.

I don't know the context here, but the other person would likely recognize his/her own picture. I am not sure what you want to say.

You will hear native speakers using it, but it is also considered incorrect by many.
