Which of the following is correct?/Which of the followings is correct? ----> WHICH question IS THE RIGHT FORM?
a. 1st option
b. 2nd option
c. 3rd option
d. 4th option

The question is always "Which of the following ...? not "followings". That is because effectively there is a missing word - "Which of the following options is correct?"
