She said over the phone about our meeting at 4. I wasn't sure if it was definite or she will check her schedule, etc and come back to me with the exact time. So, me saying

1) Are we set on the time?
2) Are we agreed on the time?
3) Is 4 o'clock deifinite or you will come back to me with the exact time?

Are all of the versions correct or ....none?

See above. With my correction to #3, they're all grammatically correct. I prefer 2 and 3 but you'll hear 1.

In 3, I would use will you get back to me.
