With the same meaning, can I make sentences by using 'neither', 'nor' & 'or' as follows?

1. Neither May nor Bo can finish the work on time.

2. Neither one of them can finish the work on time.

3. Neither May or Bo can finish the work on time.

Thank you

#3 is wrong. The other two are not very natural.

Could you tell me the natural way to express it?

As bhaisahab said "The other two are not very natural.". It means that #1 and #2 are not really natural to native speaker.

Neither May nor Bo can finish the work on time.
How about if the above sentence is part of a dialogue between two people and they are saying about a specific work?
Is the above sentence considered natural in this case?

As we don't say "a specific work" ("work" is, in most contexts, uncountable), I can only suggest:

Neither May nor Bo can finish the job on time.
