I don't understand the text I highlighted in red.

"(name) is the name of report, I did not show the real name."

"there will be 2 brands consist of Name A and Name B.there will be the brand Name C."--> there are 2 brand name of the name of brand, I did not show the real name.

"for report at the Manager Meeting"--> to report in meeting.

Thank so much for your help.

What do you mean by "there will be?"
How do I say?... When we have to describe "have something" but we didn't indicate who has.

Present simple tense use There is..., There are...
Present perfect tense use There have been...
Present future rense use There will be...

PO # 1122 showing delivery on Feb 15, 2017. there will be the brand Name C.
I don't understand the above. Are you referring to the past, present or future? Rewrite it using different/more words.

Thanks Teechar,

I reffered to the past, because this report shows the delivey date is expected in March.
PO. Showing on Feb means the derivery hasn't yet finished or so delayed.

Okay, I think I understand some of it. I think you mean to say:
The items have not been delivered.
or
Not all the items have been delivered.
or
The order is delayed.
However, I still don't understand what you mean by "there will be brand X." Why do you use a future tense?
Maybe you mean "the order should have item nos. 1234, 4444 and 2323."

Hi Teechar,

Sorry for my complication, let me explain again.

I have selling the goods via internet as a pre-order, then the customer bought and wait for receiving it.
I ordered the goods from the vendor and appointed the date for delivery.
I made a report to show the sale, Brand, PO#, Delivery date.
For example of the report.

Brand A.
PO#1234 delivery date. 20/3/2017 the sale is X,XXX.-

Brand B.
PO#1235 delivery date. 20/4/2017 the sale is XX,XXX.-

Then I write today.
Please see the PO#1234 showing the delayed in delivery, there will be Brand A.

As you mention above, "why do I use the future tense?" I thought, it may be incorrect.
I should write " there is or there was", shouldn't you?

Teechar,

Sorry for late reply.

I would like to show example below.

There are 5 oranges on the table.

I will tell my mom that, Did you see the oranges on the table? There will be 5 oranges on the table.
I expected the 5 oranges still on the table, so I use there will be instead there are.

Could you show me the example of "there will be" to help me more understanding?

Thanks.

Teechar,
Sorry for the late reply.
No problem at all. :)

I would like to show you the example below.

There are five oranges on the table.

I will [STRIKE]tell[/STRIKE] ask my mom [STRIKE]that,[/STRIKE] "Did you see the oranges on the table? There [STRIKE]will be 5[/STRIKE] were five oranges on the table."

I expected [STRIKE]the 5[/STRIKE] five oranges were still on the table, so I used "there will be" instead of "there are."

Could you show me [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] an example of "there will be" to help me [STRIKE]more[/STRIKE] understand how it is used? [STRIKE]ing?[/STRIKE]
Thanks.

What you need is "should" (not "will") for expectation.

There should be five oranges on the table. [present/future expectation]
There should have been five oranges on the table. [past expectation]

Note that "will be" indicates a future certainty.
Go into the kitchen; there will be five oranges on the table. [Here, I know (100%) that there are five oranges on the table because, for example, I put them there myself.]

Teechar,

As I used "there will be" I mean like your example.

Thank you very much for your explanation.
