The very first paragraph of the page you linked to seems to explain exactly what it is:

"Bloom’s taxonomy is a set of hierarchical models that classify educational learning objectives. It divides them into levels that differ in their specificity and complexity. Students use it for better learning and understanding of a subject, while tutors incorporate it into teaching."

In this case, "taxonomy" means classifying and naming concepts. Does that help?

But the word "taxonomy" means "the science of naming, describing and classifying organisms and includes all plants, animals, and microorganisms of the world."

That's only a very narrow and specifically biological definition. The word is used in a much wider sense.
