I am not an English teacher, but your first sentence is the best choice.

Also, you should add the definite article the in the following places:

You are the first one to read, he is the second one, she is the last one.

Don't forget to move the last comma back one space and you don't need to capitalize the first letter of the pronouns except for when you are beginning a new sentence.

There can be a difference between "last" and "final".
"final" often means that there will be no more. "last" can simply mean the most recent one, without saying/implying that there can be no more.

But "last" can also mean that there will be no more.

Okay, I will help you once more.
(after helping) That was the (last)(final) time. Don't waste your time asking me again!

"Last" is better. Also, use "the" before "first", "second" and "last" OR, "the" before "first" and omit "one" after "second" and "last".

..."last" can simply mean the most recent one, without saying/implying that there can be no more.

But "last" can also mean that there will be no more.
Hence the joke,

Director: Have you seen my last film?
Critic: I hope so!
:loling:

PS: Credit goes to Raymott for bringing this joke to my/our attention. :-D
