You could use either.

They're more expensive = The pizza sets are more expensive on a Sunday.
It's more expensive = It is more expensive to order pizza sets on a Sunday.

A pizza set includes soup and soft drink.

In the UK, that's usually a "meal deal" although I've never seen pizza that comes with soup! Usually it comes with a side of garlic bread or potato wedges or similar.
