I will explain them if you have a try first. Say which you'd choose and why. At least rule out the ones you wouldn't choose.

Oh, I'm sorry! the answer is:
1a because I thought the tense of sentence is in the pass so I chose it. But now, I think "through" is a preposition so "passing" is right
2c I thought it was right
3 I didn't know how to answer it
4a because I thought this sentence needed an relative pronoun
Thank for your support!

1a because I thought the tense of sentence is in the past so I chose it. But now, I think "through" is a preposition so "passing" is right
"Passing" is right.
You can have two different tenses in the one sentence.
They located there (past) to do something in the future/present.
"the people passing through" means "the people who are passing through".

2c I thought it was right
2a "what little money."

3 I didn't know how to answer it
3a "which"
4a because I thought this sentence needed a[STRIKE]n[/STRIKE] relative pronoun
4d. "She spoke ..." There's no relative clause in this sentence.
Mrs. Stein, the chairwoman, spoke to an enthusiastic audience.
