Have a look at Forvo.com - choose English from the list of languages, then search for individual words. You will find multiple recordings of each word, by both native speakers and non-natives. Initially, concentrate on the recordings by native speakers.

Can you identify the sounds that cause most difficulty?

I usually practise pronouncing English by repeating after natives, recording my pronunciation and listen to it in order to find and fix mistakes.
