As I mentioned you one of restaurant staff try to open door from different key. That’s the reason key was broken.
I advised about this matter to staff and make sure will not happen any more

"As I told you, one of the restaurant staff tried to open the door with the wrong key and the key broke. I have talked to the staff (member) about it and I will make sure it doesn't happen again."
