Please see the amendments I have made to your post above, in red. Please follow the rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".

Be careful with your spelling. You made some very basic spelling errors (ie "wark" instead of "work") and you clearly guessed at the spelling of "tonsilitis". If you had checked in a dictionary before posting, you would have found the correct spelling.
