I want to send a text to my child’s teacher. My text is as follows:

Current appointed time: 5pm on Mondays
Can we change the lesson time to Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays? If you can, which day is convenient to you.

Say "Current lesson time: 5pm Mondays"
I don't understand why you're asking the teacher to change the lesson from Mondays to Mondays, and in your question you haven't specified a time.

"Hi.

You currently teach [name of your child] at 5pm on Mondays. Would it be possible to change the lesson day/time? Can you let me know if you can do Tuesdays or Thursdays and, if so, what time?

The lesson time should be changed on Tuesdays or Thursdays or Fridays at 5pm. Not ' from Mondays to Mondays'. Sorry for my typo.
