Hi everyone,
Could you be favor to check this? I suppose a lot of grammatical mistakes...

Dear Selection Committee,
I am writing this letter to give my highest possible recommendation for Marina. I knew Marina through her study as an intern in the pharmacy “***” where I worked as a Lead Economist. She did research and prepared her final diploma project under my supervision. Marina first approached me five years ago about the possibility of work in the pharmacy as an intern. At our first meeting I asked the ideas of the project the she might work on. She was carefully prepared, got proposed some highlights, represented the plan of future project and generally appeared very intelligent. So, I was quite impressed at her motivation and independence. During the internship Marina demonstrated the ability to work independently with great creativity and enthusiasm. She also put in many long hours. She worked as hard as my best graduate student. I gave her a lot of tasks to work on, including policy information research, economical and statistical data analysis. Marina excelled in each one of these areas. She performed research professionally, didn’t hesitate to contact with the partners regarding information that she need. These partners commented favorably about working with her. Her work as an intern was outstanding. She deeply analyzed pharmacy price politic and the niche and suggested fully new price strategy that allowed us to minimize the expenditure and make more than 15% of year profit more. I was very pleased by her analytical skills and creative way to solve problems.Aside from Marina’s outstanding academic qualities, she has a wealth of practical experience. In 2012 I got position in the Management of Loan Department in the Bank ***. I remembered about Marina, I was so especially taken by Marina’s creative mind and independent work ethic that I referred her to hire on the Senior Credit Analyst position. And my colleagues were not disappointed. Marina proved that she is very hard working specialist, she pays attention on the details, has great analytical skills and critical-thinking. All of these helped her to identify more than ten fraud credit cases during her tenure. She was twice honored as the best employee of the year.In summary, Marina is clearly the best person that I can recommend to accept. I would very much like her match to your PhD program and give my highest recommendation. Sincerely,...

the pharmacy “***” where I worked as a Lead Economist.

That doesn't make much sense. I've never heard of a pharmacy having a lead economist! Do you perhaps mean "accountant" or something else?

policy information research, economical and statistical data analysis.

That's unclear. Please explain it.

didn’t hesitate to contact with the partners regarding information that she need.
Which partners are you talking about?

I was so especially taken by Marina’s creative mind and independent work ethic that I referred her to hire on the Senior Credit Analyst position.
Do you mean that you recommended Marina for a job at the bank?
