double nosebleed

When someone is hit on the nose or around it, he can nosebleed, and to emphasize he's bleeding from both the nostrils, we Koreans say "He's double nosebleeding" to mean "he was hit too hard".
Do you have that similar expression?

The 'bleeder' would look pretty funny if he had double noses!!!! :)

Not in BrE either, or at least I've never heard it; I suppose it might exist as a term in boxing or another violent sport, perhaps. I'd say it certainly wasn't in general use, though.
