[Vocabulary] Should I use "science" or "sciences"?

In my opinion, "science" is normally used as singular.

It is always difficult for us to comment on any phrase or fragment without some context, preferably the entire sentence in which the fragment will be used. If there is more than one branch of science concerning soil, then there are probably "soil sciences". However, again, without knowing how you wish to use the phrase, we can't answer your question.
