Hello. I would like to know how to connect the following two sentences using "because of" and "due to": Visitors are not allowed to park here. It is a private parking area.
Would be the two following sentences correct?
Visitors are not allowed here because of being a private parking area.
Due to a private parking area visitors are not allowed to park here.
