please correct my grammer

Dear boss
i would like to request my annual leave on 01jan if possible also pls advise are there any days available to use my remaining annual leave on dec or jan?

1. Kindly remember the word is spelled "grammar."
2. In English, one always capitalizes the word "I."
3. One always capitalizes the names of the months.
4. In American English, one usually writes "January 1."
5. I was not 100% sure what you meant by "remaining annual leave," so I will leave that sentence to another member. I can tell you that it should be "in December or January."
6. Your sentence needed appropriate periods (full stops). You will see how important this is when another member corrects your complete note.

1. I still do not understand the annual leave situation. If no one answers you in this thread, you may wish to start a new thread with that particular question.

2. I know almost nothing about how to use a computer, but I have learned how to correct a mistake.

a. You apologized for calling me "John." The people who run this helpline would prefer that you simply edit your post. In post #3, you will find the words "Edit your post." If you click that on, you will be able to erase "John" and add "James" instead.

3. May I again most respectfully remind you that:

a. We always capitalize "I."
b. We always capitalize the months of the year.
c. We always capitalize names (including our own names).

Please see my corrections to your four posts. It is very important to follow the following rules of written English at all times:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular).
- Always capitalise proper nouns (James, John, Ray, Shakespeare, Microsoft).
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Do not use textspeak/chatlish ("pls" is not a word. It's "please".)
