1. Everybody doesn't hate him.
2. Nobody hates him.

Do they have the same meaning?

How about this one?

3. Not everybody hates me.

Please let me know.

3. Not everybody hates me. That doesn't mean the same as "Nobody hates me". It might mean the same, but it also might mean "Some people hate me, but not everybody hates me".

By the way, do you mean you do not use either 'Everybody doesn't laugh.' , 'Everybody didn't cry.' or 'Everybody doesn't like me.' ?

EVERY doesn't go well with NOT?
