Grammar discrepancies

Hi,

I need some help please

In the below sentence "With" preposition is more suitable . right ?

You must be very happy _____ your success ( with or from )

2) There are several instance to show
That, given a right kind of education
But opportunity, a handicapped person
Could not only become a useful

There is mistake in each line and we need to correct it .. 1st line INSTANCES .2nd line GIVING 3rd ?? 4th ??

Could you please help me with the last 2 questions ?

Ayurveda takes in account the patient’s entire personality

There is also one mistake in this line.. but it seems to be correct :(

1) "With" is the only appropriate preposition for this sentence.

2) Actually, I think the error in the second line is the "a". It should be "the right kind of education".
In the third line, the "but" should be "and". I don't see a mistake in the fourth line beyond the fact that it ends
abruptly without completing the sentence.

3) There should be a "to" between "in" and "account".

For 2 it is not "THE" . we need to change GIVEN with Giving. yes there is also a mistake in fourth line as well.

The part in red needs to be completely rewritten for it to make any sense. The part in blue is just about acceptable.

"Given" is correct. It should not be changed to "Giving".

Given the right kind of education ...
