Hello to all,

What is the verb that can be used to describe what she did in second "32" of this video?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiTIJaMfLN4

She moved her long to one side.

I would like to describe it in a colorful way.

Perhaps:

She gracefully moved her long beautiful hair from the back to the front.

That part didn't last long, but that's what appeared to happen.

Note that I didn't use all.

I like it man!

And what is a verb for when a girl collects all her hair to wear it in a ponytail for example.

I don't know what to say instead of collecting or gathering.

I am talking about the act of collecting strands of hair with hand:

Well, she doesn't collect it. She gathers it together and twists it into knots. And she probably uses a rubber band or scrunchie or something to hold it together.

So the verb is "gather together" ? Any other synonyms?

We sometimes say that hair is scraped back into a ponytail. That suggests that the hair not in the ponytail is lying very tight to the scalp.
