Which is the correct sentence:


  1. Did you have your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner?
  2. Did you had your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner?
  3. Have you had your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner?
Or is there any other alternative asking this question?

#3 is the normal question if you are asking whether someone has finished a meal; #1 is used if you are unsure whether or not that person managed to get a meal.

I can't at the moment think of other ways to ask this ;-)

The clarification give by anglica is suffice. However I think in the third one use of a time expession in the past will add to the meaning.
