Are both sentences correct : "Do you have a computer ?" "Have you got a computer ?"
And what about "I have a computer." and "I've got a computer." Correct ? And do both sentences have the same meaning ?

Yes, they are correct and commonly used in both BE and AE. However, the first one is preferred in AE whereas the second one is the preferred form in BE.

Yes, perhaps there is a difference in AE and BE. But speaking from the AE perspective I would say that people use them interchangeably. You're as likely to hear one as the other.
