Am I right in my following ways to understand the use "at best...at worst"?
1) to describe the worst possible and the best (even it is not very good) possible result of sth: You may at best get a pass in your exam and at worst fail in it.
2) to describe how BEST (again, even it is not very good) and how WORST something can be described: His strange behavior is abstract at best and nonsense at worst.
Is the above correct?
