I'm not sure if "agreed is correct. I would've written "agreed upon" or, even better, "arranged."

"In the Individual Contracts, the specifics of each transaction will be agreed."

What do you think?

No, "meet" is not at issue here. The parties need to agree on the specifics of a transaction.
