Can a twin cab utility be called a four-door truck?

So it basically means that a farmer was driving a truck with, I don't know what you call an additioanal set of wheels one hookes up to a car or truck,loded with manure?

A utility (in AusE normally called a 'ute') is a small truck-like vehicle almost identical to a sedan at the front, with a sided tray on the back (not a flat tray). They normally have a single front seat (single cab). We don't call them trucks.
I believe Americans call it a light pickup. Most of the pictures on the following pages would be called a 'ute' in Australia:
