If it is 07:05 o'clock should I say it like "It is seven and five minutes" or "It is seven o five" or something? I've understood today that I don't know such small details like that.
In BrE, "It's five past seven" or "It's seven oh five". If you're using the twenty-four hour clock, then it would only be "seven oh five" or "nineteen oh five".
For the multiples of 5 minutes are marked on a clock face, BrE uses:
7.00 = Seven o'clock
7.05 = Five past seven
7.10 = Ten past seven
7.15 = Quarter past seven
7.20 = Twenty past seven
7.25 = Twenty-five past seven
7.30 = Half past seven
7.35 = Twenty-five to eight
7.40 = Twenty to eight
7.45 = Quarter to eight
7.50 = Ten to eight
7.55 = Five to eight
8.00 = Eight o'clock
