100% sure...will/be going to

Hi,

After 'one hundred sure/certain' which one sounds better to use, 'will' or 'be going to'? For example,

1- I am 100% sure that something bad will happen.
2- I am 100% sure that something bad is going to happen.

I gather both could work, depending on the context. Anyway, I cannot make sure of it.

Just to clarify, RobertJ's "It matters not" is a rather old-fashioned and flowery way of saying the more common/modern "It doesn't matter".
