    correct verb

I'm looking forward to see/seeing you.

Should I use 'see' or 'seeing' you?

    Many thanks.

Just a hint: to is a preposition.

I think you meant the difference between 'I look forward to' and 'I am looking forward to'.

I mean we usually end our letter with "I look forward to seeing you".

Similarly, some people end with "I am looking forward to seeing you." I think the verb should be 'seeing' as written, not 'see'. Am I correct?

    Thanks again.

You are correct. A gerund form is needed.
